Privacy Policy
1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to Squlas (Chinese brand name: 松鼠屋), operated by the developer identified on its App Store product page. Squlas follows local-first storage, private iCloud storage, and data-minimization principles.
2. Data we process
Squlas stores the layouts, areas, furniture, item names, quantities, photos, and reminder content you create. When you subscribe to Squlas Pro, the app uses StoreKit to retrieve product information and an Apple-verified subscription status; we do not receive card numbers or complete payment details. Squlas does not create a developer account or collect sign-in identity information.
3. Storage and iCloud sync
Data is stored locally first. When iCloud is available, workspace data and photos are written to your private CloudKit database and count toward your iCloud storage quota; by default, only you can access them. iCloud sync is controlled entirely by the iCloud account currently signed in on the device.
4. Purposes and disclosure
Data is processed only to display and edit your inventory, sync across devices, search, schedule local notifications, verify or restore Squlas Pro access, and protect data integrity. Squlas currently uses no advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or data brokers and does not sell personal information. Apple processes iCloud, notifications, and App Store subscriptions and payments as the platform provider under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not disclose your content to other third parties unless required by law, safety, or protection of legitimate rights.
5. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete the relevant content or uninstall the app. You can delete Squlas’s iCloud copy under My → iCloud Sync without deleting local data. Squlas does not create a separate user account. Subscriptions can be canceled in your Apple Account subscription settings.
6. Security and children
Local files use system data protection, and cloud data resides in your private CloudKit database. No system can guarantee absolute security. Squlas is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. Your choices and contact
You may decline iCloud and use all organizing features locally. You can access, edit, and delete in-app data. For privacy questions, data requests, or complaints, email 948152879@qq.com or use the App Support link on Squlas’s App Store product page. Requests are handled within applicable legal timeframes.
8. Policy changes
If data practices materially change, we will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice in the app or App Store metadata. Separate consent will be requested where required by law.

本政策适用于 Squlas（中文品牌名“松鼠屋”），由 App Store 产品页面列明的开发者运营。Squlas 遵循本地优先、用户私有 iCloud 和最少数据原则。

Squlas 保存你主动创建的空间布局、区域、家具、物品名称、数量、照片与提醒内容。订阅 Squlas Pro 时，应用通过 StoreKit 获取商品信息和经 Apple 验证的订阅状态；我们不会取得银行卡或完整付款资料。Squlas 不创建开发者账户，也不收集登录身份信息。
3. 数据存储与 iCloud 同步
资料首先保存在设备本地。设备登录 iCloud 且同步可用时，空间资料和照片会写入你的 CloudKit 私有数据库并占用你的 iCloud 存储配额；默认只有你能访问。iCloud 同步完全由设备当前登录的 iCloud 账户控制。
4. 使用目的与披露
数据只用于展示和编辑收纳资料、跨设备同步、搜索、安排本地通知、验证或恢复 Squlas Pro 权益及保护数据完整性。Squlas 当前不接入广告、第三方分析、跨应用跟踪或数据经纪服务，也不出售个人信息。Apple 作为平台服务提供方处理 iCloud、通知以及 App Store 订阅与付款，适用 Apple 自身条款与隐私政策。除法律、安全或维护合法权利所必需外，我们不会向其他第三方披露你的内容。
5. 保留与删除
本地资料保留到你删除相应内容或卸载应用。你可以在“我的 → iCloud 同步”删除 Squlas 的 iCloud 副本，此操作不删除本地资料。Squlas 不创建独立用户账户。订阅可在 Apple 账户的订阅管理中取消。
6. 安全与儿童隐私
本地资料使用系统文件保护，云端资料位于你的私有 CloudKit 数据库。任何系统都不能保证绝对安全。Squlas 不以 13 岁以下儿童为目标，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。
7. 你的选择与联系我们
你可以不使用 iCloud，并继续以本地方式使用全部整理功能。你可以查看、修改或删除应用内资料。隐私问题、数据请求或投诉，请发送邮件至 948152879@qq.com，或通过 Squlas App Store 产品页面的 App 支持链接联系开发者。我们会在适用法律要求的期限内处理。
8. 政策更新
如数据处理方式发生实质变化，我们会更新生效日期，并在应用内或 App Store 元数据中提供合理提示。法律要求另行同意时，我们会再次征求同意。
