Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Squlas, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Apple’s Standard EULA controls platform-license matters in the event of conflict.
2. Service and price
The free version of Squlas lets you create and fully use one space. A monthly Squlas Pro subscription lets you create and edit unlimited spaces. The App Store confirmation sheet shows the actual price, currency, and taxes before purchase. No free trial is offered.
3. Auto-renewal and access after expiration
Your Apple Account is charged after purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings and restore purchases in the app. After expiration, the earliest-created space remains fully usable; all other spaces and items remain visible but become read-only. Restoring the subscription unlocks editing again, and no data is deleted.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for checking inventory, dates, and reminders and for keeping appropriate backups of important data. Squlas does not replace professional, medical, or safety judgment. You are responsible for securing your device and Apple Accounts.
5. iCloud sync
The iCloud account currently signed in on the device controls private CloudKit sync. You can leave iCloud sync unused or disable Squlas iCloud access in Settings and use the app locally; you can also delete the cloud copy under My → iCloud Sync while keeping local data. Squlas does not create a separate user account.
6. User content and acceptable use
You retain rights in content you enter and grant Squlas only the limited permission necessary to operate, display, and sync it. You may not use the app to violate rights or law, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person’s iCloud data.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
iCloud and notifications depend on Apple services, connectivity, system settings, and available storage and may be interrupted. We use reasonable efforts to preserve data integrity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squlas is provided as-is and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes, termination, and contact
We may update the service and these Terms for security, compliance, or feature improvements, with reasonable notice of material changes. You may stop using the app at any time. For questions, email 948152879@qq.com or use the App Support link on Squlas’s App Store product page. Mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protections remain unaffected.

下载或使用 Squlas 即表示你同意本条款、隐私政策及 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。若其中发生冲突，对 Apple 平台许可事项以 Apple 标准协议为准。
2. 服务内容与费用
Squlas 免费版可创建并完整使用一个空间。Squlas Pro 月度订阅可创建和编辑不限数量的空间。实际价格、币种和税费以购买前 App Store 确认页面为准，不提供免费试用。
3. 自动续订与到期访问
确认购买后费用由 Apple 账户收取。除非至少在当前周期结束前 24 小时取消，否则订阅会自动续订；可在 Apple 账户订阅管理中取消，并可在应用内恢复购买。订阅失效后，创建时间最早的空间仍可完整使用，其他空间及其中物品不会删除或隐藏，但会转为只读；恢复订阅后重新开放编辑。
4. 用户责任
你应自行核对库存、日期和提醒，并为重要资料保留适当备份。Squlas 不能替代专业、医疗或安全判断。你应保护设备与 Apple 账户安全。
5. iCloud 同步
设备当前登录的 iCloud 账户控制 CloudKit 私有同步。你可以不启用 iCloud 同步，或在系统设置中关闭 Squlas 的 iCloud 权限并仅在本机使用应用；也可以从“我的 → iCloud 同步”删除云端副本而保留本机资料。Squlas 不创建独立用户账户。
6. 用户内容与可接受使用
你保留自己录入内容的权利，并授予 Squlas 仅为运行、显示和同步这些内容所必要的有限许可。不得利用应用侵犯他人权利、存储违法内容、干扰服务或尝试访问他人的 iCloud 数据。
7. 可用性与责任限制
iCloud 和通知依赖 Apple 服务、网络、系统设置及可用存储空间，可能暂时中断。我们会以合理努力维护数据完整性。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Squlas 按现状提供，不对间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任；法律不允许排除的消费者权利不受影响。
8. 变更、终止与联系
我们可能为安全、合规或功能改进更新服务与条款，并在重大变化时提供合理通知。你可以随时停止使用应用。条款问题请发送邮件至 948152879@qq.com，或通过 Squlas App Store 产品页面的 App 支持链接联系开发者。强制管辖和消费者保护权利不受本条款限制。
